Robotics Engineer Intern

Robotics software, motion controls, and the tools that make physical systems dependable.

I build across robot software, embedded controls, and operator interfaces. My experience includes production multi-axis motion systems, ROS 2 rover autonomy, and shipyard planning software, with responsibility for integration, debugging, validation, and user handoff.

Why I want to build at Hadrian

I want to strengthen American manufacturing by building robotics and software that work reliably in production. Hadrian brings together the work I want to pursue: motion control, factory automation, operational tools, and close collaboration with the people using them. I’m excited to contribute hands-on while learning from engineers deploying these systems across real factories.

Co-Software Lead, Mars Rover Team

Co-led ROS 2 rover autonomy through two competition seasons, integrating Nav2 behavior trees, waypoint navigation, ArUco detection, obstacle avoidance, stereo cameras, LiDAR, GPS, and IMU fusion.

Connected autonomous and teleoperated control to STM32 through an asynchronous Rust driver; integrated ODrive and CAN control, React/TypeScript and Foxglove interfaces, Jetson video, Gazebo/Isaac Sim environments, rosbag replay, and a Docker test harness.

Validated autonomy through field trials and rosbag replay, coordinated subsystem integration through GitHub reviews, and built simulation tests that exercised navigation changes without vehicle hardware.
